1) Who we are
These Terms govern your use of the SneakerKali website and your purchase of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or age of majority in your location). If you buy on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
3) Products & availability
We aim for accurate images, colors, sizes, and descriptions. Availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. Minor color/fit variations can occur due to screens or manufacturing.
4) Pricing, taxes & duties
Prices are shown in KES (or as indicated). Taxes, duties, carrier fees, and import charges may apply and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
5) Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order (e.g., stock limits, pricing errors, failed verification). If we cancel after charging, we’ll refund promptly.
6) Payments
Payments are processed via trusted providers (M-Pesa integrations). By paying, you authorize charges for the full order amount (items, shipping, taxes/duties). We do not store full card details on our servers.
7) Shipping & delivery
- Processing: typically 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Transit (estimate): local 2–5 business days; international (custom orders) 7–14 business days.
- Tracking: provided where available.
- Risk of loss: passes on delivery to your provided address. Ensure your address is correct.
8) Returns & exchanges
- Window: 7 days from delivery.
- Condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags/original packaging.
- Non-returnable: final-sale items, undergarments, socks, personalized items, gift cards.
- How: email support@sneakerkali.com with order number and photos (for damaged/incorrect items).
- Refunds: to original payment method after inspection (shipping non-refundable unless our error).
- Exchanges: subject to stock; otherwise refund or store credit.
Report damaged/incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
9) Promotions & discount codes
Promos are time-limited, non-transferable, and not combinable unless stated. We may modify/cancel promos at any time.
10) Account & security
An account may be created automatically when you purchase. Keep credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts for suspected abuse or fraud.
11) Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass security, interfere with operations, scrape data, or use our content/trademarks without permission.
12) Intellectual property
All site content (logos, images, text, graphics) is owned by or licensed to AuraFit/Stardev Solutions Limited. No copying, distribution, or derivative works without prior written consent.
13) Third-party services
We use third parties for payments, hosting, analytics, shipping, and support. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
14) Warranties & disclaimers
Except as required by law, we provide the site and products “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement).
15) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
16) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stardev Solutions Limited (SneakerKali) from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights.
17) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts (venue: Nairobi) for any dispute.
18) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
